My girlfriend and I came into the beefeater for a quick dinner before our flight tomorrow morning and having left we couldn't agree more that tomorrow couldn't come sooner.

Upon arrival we were seated and told the waiter that we'd like a few minutes before placing a drinks order - apparently he wanted to make extra sure we were ready as that was the last we saw of him. Thankfuly ,we finally caught the attention of a fellow staff member, who turned out to be the only saving grace of this restaurant.

We placed our order - vegetable pasta for my girlfriend, and a burger for me. TWENTY minutes later, the waitress came back to tell us that they were sold out of the pasta.

After we finally managed to get our order to the kitchen, there was a 45 minute wait for what was effectively two burgers and some chips - understandable if they were busy but we were one of the only
    Tables in the place.

The 'food' eventually arrived, much to our disappointment. My burger was ordered with extra bacon in addition to the bacon already on it, and I received probably half a rasher at most. Additionally, the fries were lukewarm, bland and so chewy it tasted like they were microwaved. The salad on the burgers was awful, it looked as if it had just been sat under the heat for all of service, with the lettuce being practically inedible. The onion was overpowering , so much so that those reading this review can probably smell my breath.

After we finished our dinner, during which no meal check was conducted , we waited another 15-20 minutes for our bill, on which we were charged for the aforementioned pasta dish that we didn't receive. This mistake was rectified , after another 10 minute wait.

Whilst we were walking out, we decided to speak to the duty manager, who had 0 idea what to do - they stood around for what felt like an eternity trying to figure out how to process a refund, something which was only offered after my repeated refusal to accept a beefeater voucher. During this time, I noticed the state of their kitchen - food on the floor, dirty kitchen roll balled up everywhere and a big puddle of water also on the floor.

All in all, it was hands down the worst meal I have ever had and if you ever find yourself staying at the Luton airport premier inn or are simply in the area, avoid this place at all costs. All I can say about this restaurant is that it's proximity to the airport is no mistake - you'll want to be getting as far away as you can after dining there.

I have been to this beefeater on several occasions, I have never had a bad experience. The staff are very friendly and easy to chat with and the venue itself is beautiful with split levels. As much as I enjoy the atmosphere and surroundings, you must remember it is only a beefeater. The menu is very pub like - which is fine if that's what you are going for, and during peak times, the food wait can be a while. This is expected anywhere you go however so I cannot fault it. Beefeater does have a great loyalty card reward scheme, which is great if you like to visit other beefeaters or have this as your local. Overall, great service, ok food and lovely atmosphere and venue.

Took my family for a breakfast morning here and they simply loved it. The food was very very tasty and the staff were friendly and very polite.
The costings at the end of the meal for a family of 6, blew my mind as the price was really affordable.
The environment was friendly, a beautiful day and 100% will love to visit again.
